With Sun Software Support Service Plans for JavaDB, our experienced support engineers are available to help you identify and resolve technical issues with your Sun software. In addition, you'll always have access to the latest software functionality through patches, updates and upgrades, which are included for covered software.

With two levels of support, you can choose the level of service that best fits the needs of your database server:

  • Standard Support provides extended local business hours coverage 12 hours a day, five days a week
  • Premium Support provides support coverage around the clock, seven days a week, and includes Interoperability Support
